General terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions are valid between you and LĀU Clothing di Lisa Anderlini (P.I. 13243291005) (henceforth: LĀU; may be referred to as “us” and “we”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on LĀU Clothing website lauclothing.com. Please note that LĀU Clothing does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. LĀU Clothing reserves its right to stop selling a product. LĀU Clothing reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order is always the terms and conditions that is in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

Language

The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.

My account

When you place an order on lauclothing.com you could create an account in our customer management system. The only information that will be stored is the information you provide creating it, such as shipping and billing address as well as email address or phone number. Creating an account yourself you will be able to choose a password with which you can log in to your account online and view your order history and track your order. You could also purchasing if you don't create an account. If you would like to delete an account you can also contact info@lauclothing.com and the customer care team will assist you.

Placing order

By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website you confirm that you have read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email.

Order confirmation

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and is not an acceptance of the order.

Acceptance and shipping confirmation

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that LĀU Clothing does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail. If we already have received payment for such product we will refund you the amount of the purchase or proceed to an exchange only after your acceptance. Please note that we don't assure orders are editable after being placed, we'll do our best to satisfy your request if possible.

Colors

LĀU Clothing's goal is to describe the products in the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. LĀU Clothing isn't responsible for any such discrepancy.

Prices

The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website are in most of the cases presented in your local currency, but consider that you're piurchasing from Italy. Prices may vary from time to time at our discretion. The prices may also vary between the physical stores and the Website. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage.

Payments

We currently accept PayPal and credit card payments.

Delivery

Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise and the delivery zone. Delivery time could take up 10 working days. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

We ship almost worldwide via UPS, for Italy we use also UPS, Poste Italiane, SDA or TNT. Italy's delivery normally could take 2-4 buisness days, but could be also delayed. Delivery for Europe could take up to 3-5  buisness days, but any courier delay doesn't depend on us. Us, Uk, Canada delivery could take 7-10 buisness days. Once your order has been given custody to the shipping company, we are not responsible for any action taken by it (the shipping company). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the couriers. Anyway any package has been insured, so potentially if it gets lost, after the Courier's Company confirmation, it will be send again to you or refunded. Every package will have a tracking number so you can check the courier's website the exact position of your package at any time. Please note that when the package has been untrusted to the shipping company isn't anymore under LĀU Clothing's responsibility. It's instead your responsibility to track the package during the delivery process and check the exact position and estimated delivery date. Please note that the package could be delivered to an access point from the delivery company (something that is at exclusive decision of the shipping company and depends from the delivery zone policy of the shipping company). If the package won't be collected on time from you at the access point and it will be shipped back, LĀU Clothing cannot refund the import of that package, but you should pay for a second shipping or LĀU Clothing will create a coupon code of the same import of the value of the package you can spend at any time on LĀU Clothing's shop. Please note, for the countries outside Europe, Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer and we can't manage this Custom value in any way. 
Ps: important info for Uk customers: Please consider that for non-excise good with an import lower than 135 £ you shouldn't pay any duties. Please verify it with the courier and you can also ask a recalculation of the duties if you seem they're too high.

Exchange, Returns and Refund

You can return the items to us at your own shipping cost within 15 days of receipt of the  order and you can proceed with an exchange or full refund minus any postage costs, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition as you have not worn, washed or damaged the item(s) or you have not removed the tag from the item(s). Please note that we will only be able to ship your exchanged goods or refund the full amount once we have received and checked the returned item(s). You will be charged for any additional cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. When you're shipping back a package for a refund, please be sure to declare a very low import (1,00 €) as value of any item inside the package, in order for us to do not paying the duties. Otherwise we'll be forced to subtract any possible duty paied from us from the amount of your refund. You will be charged of the initial shipping cost if you purchased an order with free shipping and you will send back items for a value left of less than the free shipping rate minimum. If  you want return an item, please send first immediately an email to info@lauclothing.com  refering to your order number and we'll give at that moment the adress for the return. Purchased products are exchangeable into a different size and color and are based on stock availability. Please note that the pre order products are just exchangeable with other products but we cannot offer a refund for any pre ordered item. LĀU Clothing offers a free return service just if the product is flawed or damages, but it has not to be worn or tag removed. LĀU Clothing will pay the shipping cost for returning the products once it has received and checked it. If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. If LĀU Clothing consider the products to be defective, LĀU Clothing will make a full refund including shipping costs. Please note that returns are reasonably practicable no later than 15 days after receiving the goods. When returning please follow the steps below. • send an email to info@lauclothing.com with your order number (you could see on your account if you have one or on your order confirmation email) and your preferences (exchange, return, ect) • Send at your own cost and your own shipping method the goods to the adress we''l provide you at the moment of your email. • Place the item(s) in the original shipping packaging, or any other solid packaging. • Close the packaging and tape it securely.

You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.

17. Cookies

Cookies are used on the site to improve your browsing experience. In addition to use for statistical purposes, cookies identifies your computer and allows the site to recall your personal settings. You browser can be set to send a notification when a cookie is activated. This allows you to deny use of this cookie or to delete the cookie at the end of your visit. The Website cannot be accessed if cookies are disabled. By browsing the Website you consent to the use of cookies.

19. Resale policy

You may purchase products on www.lauclothing.com for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on www.lauclothing.com, you certify that you are purchasing products for your own personal use and not for resale and that you accept the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
