Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise. Delivery time could take up 10 working days. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

We ship almost worldwide via UPS or FedEx, for Italy UPS, SDA and TNT. Italy's delivery normally could take up to 3 working days, but could be also delayed. Delivery outside Italy could take up to 10 days, but usually is 3-5 working days. Once your order has been gaven custody to the shipping company, we are not responsible for any action taken by it (the shipping company). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the couriers. Anyway if your package is lost or stolen before delivery we don't offer a refund, but we will ship you back again the goods or exchange with others of the same amount. Every package will have a tracking number so you can check the courier's website the exact position of your package at any time. Please note, when required Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. In case of return from an extra Eu country, please be sure to add to the package a minimum value or you will be charged for any additional cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties we pay for receiving the parcel back.. You will be charged of  shipping cost if you purchased an order with free shipping and you will send back items for a value left of less than the free shipping rate minimum.

Please note: we have fixed zone rates. In very rare cases, if your address is considered by the couriers as a remote zone, you might be recontacted from our team  to paying an extra on the shipping rate. You're not forced to pay this extra so you will choose if proceeding with the order anyway or canceling it. Extra could vary from the courier shipping rates.
